I reached out for help with the warranty thinking it would be a simple process, but it turned into a bit of a runaround. I kept getting passed along or given answers that didn’t really solve anything. i was hoping for better support and left feeling let down
"Really not worth the price"
I felt like the prices were really high for what you actually get. I was hoping the quality would make up for it, but it just didn’t feel worth the money to me. It’s not the worst site or anything, but the value really wasn’t there, so I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Felt Like I Got Fooled"
I was worried this might be one of those products that looks okay at first but turns out to be junk, and unfortunately that’s exactly how it felt. It seemed cheap right out of the box, and after about a week it started leaking. Disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

"Refund was kinda slow"
I had to return something and the refund ended up taking way longer than I expected. Support did reply, but they weren’t really able to do much, which was kinda frustrating. I did get my money back eventually, but the whole process was annoying

"Website is okay, but a little clunky"
I used poolsplash.com while looking for some pool parts, and at first it was straightforward. The categories made enough sense, and you can usually figure out where to go without too much trouble.
Some pages did load a bit slow for me though, and the search results felt kind of scattered. I ended up clicking around more than I expected, which got a little annoying. It’s not a bad site overall, but you do feel like it could be smoother.

"Wrong Pool Part Messed Up My Plans"
I ordered a few pool parts because I was trying to get everything fixed before the weekend, but one of them showed up in the wrong size. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took a while, and by then my plans were basically ruined. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it’s really frustrating when you need something quickly and one wrong item holds everything up.

"A bit hit or miss with stock"
I was checking poolsplash.com for a few pool parts and chemicals, and I started noticing a pattern quickly: the basic, common stuff seemed to be there, which was helpful.
But once I got into a couple of more specific items I needed, a few were out of stock, and I couldn’t really tell when they might be coming back. That part made me bounce around to other sites to compare.
Overall, it’s not a bad site at all. I’d probably use it again, but only if the things I need are actually available when I’m looking.
